Was a pleasant quiet stay on a clean room during my transit

The service was friendly, room was clean and confortable and the breakfast was good.

staff told me the pool was opened at 6 but was not until 7 which meant I got ready, went downstairs and had to come back up and didn’t have time to go for a swim. Non-smocking room still smelled like smoke.

Okay as a transit rest spot for going to Mentawai surfing trip

The rooms were very comfortable and the hotel was well placed to access the Mentawai fast ferry

Pleasant

Good tv channels selection. Bed are comfortable. Close to beach and seafood outlets.

Breakfast not very nice. Juices are too sweet. Hotel look dated need some maintenance.

The location of the hotel is within walking distance to the beach with loads of eateries Staff very helpful Large room with nice views of the city and surrounding areas

The location is away from other tourist sights My room was at the end of the corridor An access for staff located at the end of the corridor making it at times vey noisy

Breakfast is good. Friendly staff. Very near to the beach. Clean and spacious room. Water dispenser at the corridor is helpful for continous supply of hot & cold water. Non usage of plastic bottles is environment friendly.

Comfortable and convenient for our boat connection. Value for money. Would stay again.

Location

Restaurant service. Had to make sure you got a receipt or they would bring incorrect food to you and you had no comeback. They yell the order through to kitchen, yet receipt is in triplicate, so should send a copy into kitchen to avoid mistakes.

ambience, and the bed.

first, i check in . the guy ask me for deposit unpolitely . second, i book from booking.com with a special request but he said he didnt get the request. third, i tell what my request is but the guy cannot provide . he said that what i want is not in superior room . but i said the pictures show me that it is , then finally he admit that he is the new guy , but why a new guy dont know what he sell which is the room that he rent for . last , he ask me to go to the room to check . its not the way that a highly rated hotel staff do for their guest but they should make sure what we want . all the environtmen are good exept the staafff including the waiter at the restaurant when im breakfast the lady with purple uniform is not friendly at all .no smiling . i hope you all guys can improve .thanks

The most rude and ignorant staff and disgusting facilities

Nothing there is nothings good about this place

We did not have a bar tab there and paid as we went and when we went to checkout they hit us with a bill we had already settled with cash. After arguing our transfer to the ferry was leaving so we paid the bill AGAIN. The staff were arrogant to say the least. The rooms were disgusting with stains on walls in our room let alone tv cut in and out all the time. They were re-levelling our level when we arrived which they use concrete for and no one told us and we walked straight into it with all our luggage only to receive a smile from a staff member walking by. The spa underneath is also a brothel, I wonder if Accor hotels is aware.... 0/10, will not be back.

An old gem

The ocean view from the room is a nice touch. If only it has a bigger window size.

The air conditioner was creaky. It was quite annoying during the night time.

Good choice for Padang

Very friendly and helpful staff and an extremely clean hotel. The prices for food and drinks are reasonable.

In general the breakfast is good, but a very small continental spread (no ham, cheese) and a tiny variety of fruits (considering the availability in the markets)

Excellent transit Hotel, safe and well appointed, great staff

The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff were very attentive and the food was great, 24/7 massage and nice cold beer, an easy place to relax and have a nice break in the Hussle of Padang. I would stay again

Acceptable for the area but would not stay again

Staff were friendly and happy to assist when needed

TV in room was hardly watchable as picture on most Channels blurred or fuzzy, despite requesting it was looked at nothing happened. Breakfast was OK apart from the fact that there ants all over the bananas Toaster was useless and I gave up after 3 attempts

Beach views from Our Room

Quiet, clean room with very helpful staff. The manager and staff connected us by phone to the manager of the surf resort on the Mentawai Island we were ferrying to early in the next morning. Thank you again. Food n drinks at the restaurant overlooking the pool we’re great too.

- room not well-maintained. Stains on the toilet counter, working table - unstable wifi, making it very difficult/inconvenient for work - slow check in and check out processes

My stay at the Mercure Hotel,in Padang was very relax for

it met with my expectations but there was not the complentory glass of refreshment juice upon Check-in.

I did not receive my complentory glass of juice as I was checking in.

A quality experience.

Beautiful luxurious hotel, just what I needed after 10 nights aboard a charter boat. Epic breakfast - all about the early morning nasi goreng!

The spa was closed for Ramadan (understandable).
